Weekly Night Time Skincare Routine :

Monday :Bioderma on Neck, Dove soap Sensitive Skin, Rinse with Avène thermal water, Rose Water Toner, a pea size of Retin A with Cetaphil as moisturizer, Ducray Lip Balm/ Nuxe Lip Blam

Tuesday:Bioderma on Neck, Dove soap Sensitive Skin,Rinse with Avène thermal water, Clarins Exfoliating/ Brightening Toner, Olay Serum, Cetaphil,Ducray Lip Balm/ Nuxe Lip Blam

Wednesday:Bioderma on Neck, Dove soap Sensitive Skin, Glycolic peel ( Mycli Mene&Moy Glycolic Masque 10% 75gr Mac Pharma , Rinse with Avène Thermal Water, Olay Serum, Cetaphil, Ducray Lip Balm/ Nuxe Lip Blam

Thursday: Same as Tuesday

Friday: Same as Monday

Saturday: Bioderma on Neck, Dove soap Sensitive Skin, Rinse with Avène thermal water,Olay Serum, Cetaphil,Ducray Lip Balm/ Nuxe Lip Blam

PMD Sunday: Bioderma on Neck, Dove soap Sensitive Skin,Rinse with Avène thermal water, Rose Water Toner , PMD, Olay Serum, Cetaphil, Ducray Lip Balm/ Nuxe Lip Blam

N.B. : Make sure you stop using Retin A 48 hours prior to using your PMD and 24 hours after using your PMD
