Grace Kelly's New Year Audrey Hepburn Makeover

You have already seen this young lady on my blog before... Once again Grace Kelly has asked me to do another makeover transformation, this time for New Year's. Grace came over with a clear idea of how she wanted to look like ( which makes my job much easier). One of her most inspiring women icons is Audrey Hepburn so she asked me to duplicate her look as her dress for the evening was very 1940's. I quickly went and ckecked out Lisa Eldridge's video on Audrey at Breakfast at Tiffany's. I think Lisa is the only makeup artist on youtube who has really grasped her look. This was my version of her work. The makeup is soft and fresh with accentuated eyebrows. The movie was filmed in the early 60's however for the the hair we decided to go for a more 40's post war style so that it would be more in tune with her peplum knee length dress

FACE :Bioderma Pore refiner,Mac contour CCB in Mid.Tone Sepia,MUFE Matte Velvet Plus, Armani Master corrector in 1 and Mac Prolonwear Concealer in NW20,Sleek blush in Flamingo 937,Mac MSF in soft and gentle. EYES : Mac Paint Pot in Painterly,Mac Print and Espresso (in crease very softly), Dolly Wink pen eyeliner,Benefit Eye Bright (bottom water line),Benefit eyebrow kit for brunettes, Eylure invidual lashes(in outer corner) LIPS : Revlon Mauve it Over and YSL Lip Gloss in 19
I totally agree with Grace on this...Very Pearl Harbour!
